TROPES ::
About Me :: Many of his very young patients had trouble pronouncing “Waldman.” Most simply shouted, in their high-pitched little voices, “Dr. Deane! Dr. Deane!”
After education and post-graduate training at Yale (BA in History), Chicago Medical School (MD), Anderson Graduate School of Business (MBA), Mayo Clinic, Northwestern, and Harvard, Dr. Deane practiced pediatric cardiology for nearly four decades. He was the Chief of Pediatric Cardiology at San Diego Children’s Hospital, University of Chicago, and University of New Mexico.
Two interesting facts about Deane Waldman, MD, MBA. He was a Category 3 bicycle racer on the velodrome, competing in fixed-gear track cycling. And he has witnessed pivotal historical moments firsthand: he was in Berlin when the Wall went up, at the 1968 Democratic Convention in Chicago, and in Istanbul during the 2013 Turkish “Silent Revolution.”
About my books :: Dr. Deane Waldman wants to build a world where healthcare “works” for We the Patients.
